新时代党对“00后”大学生的吸引力与提升策略研究

Research on the Attraction and Promotion Strategies of the Party to Post-00 College Students in the New Era

2018年秋季,随着第一批"00后"进入大学校园,我国高校开始迈入"00后"时代。在此背景下,探究党对"00后"大学生的吸引力,对于提高党员发展质量、保持党的先进性和纯洁性等方面具有重要意义。当前党对"00后"大学生的吸引力呈现整体上增强,具体吸引力作用发挥不充分、不平衡的特点。尽管目前在"00后"大学生中存在"入党热"现象,但仍要高度重视具体吸引力上存在的问题,即理想信念吸引力没有达到理想状态,功能吸引力呈现上升趋势,情感吸引力不足。基于对问题原因的分析,为提升党组织吸引力,党组织应当创新思政工作方法,提升党的理想信念对"00后"大学生的吸引力;在端正入党动机的前提下,适当满足功能性需求;搭建"温情支部",建立党组织与"00后"大学生的情感联结。

From the autumn of 2018,with the first batch of"post-00 s"entering the university campus,Chinese universities began to enter the"post-00 s"era.In this context,it is of great significance to explore the attraction of the Party to the"post-00 s"college students in order to improve the quality of Party members’development and maintain Party’s advancement and purity.At present,the Party’s attraction to post-00 s college students is strong on the whole,but the specific attraction role is not fully played and unbalanced.Despite the phenomenon of"hot Party membership"among post-00 s college students,we should attach great importance to the problems of specific attractiveness,that is to say,the attractiveness of ideal and belief has not reached the ideal state,the attractiveness of function has shown an upward trend,and the development of emotional attraction is insufficient.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,in order to enhance the attractiveness of Party organizations,Party organizations should innovate ideological and political work methods,enhance the attractiveness of Party’s ideals and beliefs to"post-00 s"college students,to properly meet the functional needs on the premise of correcting the motivation of joining Party,build a"warmth branch"and establish the emotional connection between Party organizations and"post-00 s"college students.
