以志愿服务为载体的高校德育机制研究

Research on Moral Education Mechanism of Colleges and Universities with Volunteer Service as Carrier

志愿服务是大学生社会实践的重要形式,其精神内涵与高校德育理念高度契合。志愿服务有助于大学生培养和践行社会主义核心价值观,增长大学生的社会知识与增强大学生的社会责任意识,强化大学生的实践能力。志愿服务已成为高校德育的重要载体,然而目前高校志愿服务在与德育结合方面还存在一定的问题:志愿服务项目缺少理论支撑和科学的规划与设计,志愿服务质量缺乏保障,志愿服务项目缺乏长效机制。为此,高校要建立"服务—学习"教育模式,发挥志愿服务的德育功能;规范志愿服务管理,完善志愿服务评价体系;加强志愿服务培训引导,实行志愿服务"导师"制度;打造志愿服务实践基地,建立志愿服务长效机制。。

Volunteer service is an important form of college students’social practice,and its spiritual connotation is highly compatible with the concept of moral education in colleges and universities.Volunteer service helps university students to cultivate and practice socialist core values,increase college students’social knowledge and enhance their sense of social responsibility,and strengthen students’practical ability.Volunteer service has become an important carrier of college moral education.However,there are still some problems in the combination of college volunteer service and moral education:the lack of theoretical support and scientific planning and design,the lack of guarantee of service quality,and the lack of long-term mechanism for volunteer service.To this end,colleges and universities should establish a"service-learning"education model,give play to the moral education function of volunteer service;standardize volunteer service management,improve the evaluation system of volunteer service;strengthen the guidance of volunteer service training,implement the"mentor"system of volunteer service;base,establish a long-term mechanism for volunteer service.In this way,a more complete volunteer service mechanism can be established.
