新时代思想政治工作视角下高校“党团班”协同育人机制研究

随着高校招生人数的逐年增加,如何提升现有在校大学生的思想政治素养是当前高校面临的重要问题。在校大学生是祖国未来事业的接班人,他们的思想政治素养直接影响到国家人才的整体形象,所以提升大学生的思想政治素养尤为重要。其中,高校"党团班"是大学阶段最基本的组织,在学生思想教育、学术科研教育以及毕业教育等方面,都起到一定的引领和促进作用,有助于提升高校教育的质量。为此,本文以新时代思想政治工作为背景,就如何发挥高校"党团班"协调育人机制作用进行研究,旨在完善高校思想政治教育工作,进而促进学生全面发展。

With the increasing number of enrollment in colleges and universities,how to improve the ideological and political quality of existing college students is an important issue facing colleges and universities.College students are the successors of the future career of the motherland.Their ideological and political qualities directly affect the overall image of the national talents.Therefore,it is especially important to improve students’ideological and political qualities.Among them,the"party group class"of colleges and universities is the most basic organization in the university stage.It plays a leading and promoting role in student ideological education,academic research education and graduation education,and helps to improve the quality of college education.To this end,this article takes the ideological and political work of the new era as the background,and makes the following research on how to play the mechanism of coordinating and educating the"party group"in colleges and universities,aiming at improving the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and thus promoting the allround development of students.
