摘要
学生是学校的主体。学校围绕学生的学习研究、日常生活所展开的学生工作类型繁多,具有复杂性、具体性和广泛性。学生管理工作的效率直接关系到学生素质的培养。在以学生为本的管理理念的指导下,势必要将学生的利益放在第一位,培养学生工作者良好的服务意识,精细化的工作方式,从而了解学生的实际需求和面对的具体问题,规范高校学生管理工作的办事流程,并以更加开阔的视野和与时俱进的观念做好学生工作,从而提升高校的学生服务效率,做好让学生满意的学生服务工作。
Students are the main body and core of a school.The school has a wide variety of student work around students’study and daily life,which is complex,specific and extensive.The efficiency of student management is directly related to the cultivation of students’quality.Under the guidance of the student-oriented management concept,it is necessary to put the interests of students first,and cultivate a good sense of service for management workers,refined way of working,understanding the actual needs of students and the problems they face,planning the process of student management in colleges and universities,and doing a good job of student work with more open vision and the concept of advancing with the times,thus improving the efficiency of student service in colleges and universities,provide service and work which let students be satisfied.
