桶装矿泉水饮用过程中变质原因分析

摘要 通过对水样进行感官分析、沉淀物镜检、微生物检测分析等方法,探究一起桶装矿泉水饮用过程中变质原因。感官检测发现已开封水样有明显浑浊现象,水体呈现淡绿色,色度和浑浊度均不合格;沉淀物镜检发现已开封水体中有小球藻物质存在;微生物检测发现未开封水样检出鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacterbaumannii)、少动鞘氨单胞菌(Sphingomonaspaucimobilis),已开封水样检出恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida)、克氏葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus kloosii)和未知革兰氏阳性杆菌。根据检验结果表明,2个水样中未发现常见直接致病或有安全隐患的因子,但发现开封水样有明显的球藻繁殖生长,影响饮用口感,有较多的环境微生物生长繁殖现象,使得水体变质及有潜在的饮用安全风险。
