基于工程教育认证理念下的应用型本科人才培养模式探索 被引量:4

摘要 以工程教育认证理念为契机,根据地方工科院校的专业特点,对目前人才培养方案的特点及不足进行分析。从培养目标与毕业要求、课程建设、师资队伍、学校支持等四个方面提出改革思路,旨在达成符合工程教育认证理念的人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量。
