Our country’s development stage,environment,and conditions have undergone major changes.We must adhere to the core position of innovation in the overall modernization of our country,take selfreliance and self-improvement in science and technology as a strategic support for national development,enhance scientific and technological independent innovation capabilities,breakthrough key core technologies,seize the commanding heights of technological competition and future development,form a new development pattern,ensure our country’s industrial security and national security,and lay a solid technological and industrial foundation for fully building a modern socialist China and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
