摘要
固化体系改性是室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶研究重点之一,对提升硅橡胶的机械性能、耐高低温性和耐候性等性能,拓宽应用前景具有重要意义。本文综述了缩合反应、加成反应以及新型固化反应等不同固化机理下室温硫化硅橡胶固化体系改性的最新研究进展,并介绍了固化剂结构对硅橡胶性能的影响。
The modification of curing system is one of the research focuses of room temperature vulcanized(RTV)silicone rubber,which is critical for improving the mechanical properties,high and low temperature resistance and weather resistance of silicone rubber,as well as for broadening the application prospect.In this paper,the latest research progress in the modification of RTV silicone rubber curing system under different curing mechanisms,such as condensation reaction,addition reaction and novel curing reaction was reviewed,and the effects of curing agent structure on the properties of silicone rubber were introduced.
