摘要 采用溶液聚合的方法,以丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)为软单体、醋酸乙烯酯为硬单体、乙酸乙酯为溶剂、偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂制备聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶。试验考察了软硬单体的配比、功能单体丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(2-HEA)的配比、交联单体A的含量对压敏胶综合性能的影响。研究结果表明:当m(2-EHA):m(醋酸乙烯酯):m(AA):m(2-HEA)=15:12:0.8:1,w(交联单体A)=0.14%(相对于单体总质量而言)时,制得的压敏胶具有较好的综合性能。由此制备的压敏胶粘带,其干胶厚度为15μm时,剥离强度为6.27 N/25 mm,初粘力为5#钢球,持粘力超过24 h,耐溶剂48 h不脱胶。 Polyacrylate pressure sensitive adhesive was prepared by solution polymerization,using isooctyl acrylate(2-EHA) as soft monomer,vinyl acetate as hard monomer,ethyl acetate as solvent,and azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator. The effects of the ratio of soft and hard monomers,the ratio of functional monomers acrylic acid(AA)and hydroxyethyl acrylate(2-HEA),and the content of crosslinking monomer A on the comprehensive properties of pressure sensitive adhesive were investigated by the test. The research results showed that when m(2-EHA):m(vinyl acetate):m(AA):m(2-HEA)=15:12:0.8:1,and w(crosslinking monomer A)=0.14%(relative to the total mass of the monomer),the prepared pressure sensitive adhesive had excellent comprehensive performance. In the pressure sensitive adhesive tape thus prepared,when the thickness of the dry adhesive was 15 μm,the peel strength was 6.27 N/25 mm,the initial tack was 5# steel ball,the holding force was over 24 h,and the solvent resistance was 48 h without degumming.
