摘要
航天试验厂房在工程建设中属于不常见的特殊工程项目。其受航天技术的创新及应用影响,工艺布局方案对土建工程的需求不能尽善尽美。提交用于工程建设的设计任务书从根源上存有瑕疵,从工程设计到工程建设,从竣工交付到二次适用性改造都存在众多影响。文章通过工艺保障“跟进、贴进、精进”的“三进措施”,以航天试验厂房建设的特殊性、复杂性、多样性为本体对象,对建设工程项目实施全过程实行研究和论证、实施与管理,保障建设项目竣工与交付。
Space test plant is an uncommon special engineering project in the engineering construction.Influenced by the innovation and application of space technology,the demand for civil engineering should not be perfect,the design assignment submitted for engineering construction is flawed from the root cause,from engineering design to engineering construction,from completion and delivery to secondary applicability transformation.This paper guarantees the“follow up,stick,improve”three measures,taking the particularity,complexity and diversity of space test plant construction as the ontology object,to study,demonstrate,implement and manage the whole process of implementing construction projects,ensure the completion and delivery of construction projects.
