持续建筑的理念就是追求降低环境负荷,与环境相契合,且有利于居住者健康。实现可持续建筑必须反映出不同区域的状态和重点,以及根据不同区域的特点建立不同的制度体系去执行。绿色建筑评价标准作为可持续性建筑环境规制体系中的一部分,有着非常重要的作用。文章分析了绿色建筑评价标准、云南省绿色建筑评价标准、四川省绿色建筑评价标准的特点,重点对比了云南和四川绿色建筑评价的优缺点,进一步优化云南绿色建筑评价体系的建设。

The concept of sustainable building is to reduce the environmental load,fit in with the environment,and benefit the health of residents.The realization of sustainable building must reflect the status and focus of different regions,and establish different systems to implement according to the characteristics of different regions.As a part of the sustainable building environmental regulation system,the green building evaluation standard plays a very important role.The article analyzes the characteristics of green building evaluation standards,Yunnan green building evaluation standards and Sichuan green building evaluation standards,and focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of green building evaluation in Yunnan and Sichuan,so as to further optimize the construction of green building evaluation system in Yunnan.
