摘要
文章针对上饶市辖区内地质灾害频发的现状,建立了临界降水与滑坡敏感性耦合的地质灾害预警模型。在此基础上,开发上饶市地质灾害风险监测叫应系统,可以大大提升地质灾害风险的防范能力,提高基层气象服务的智能化自动化,对提升气象预警服务水平和防灾减灾能力等均具有重要参考价值。
In view of the current situation of frequent geological disasters in Shangrao City,a geological disaster early warning model coupled with critical precipitation and landslide sensitivity is established.On this basis,the development of Shangrao geological disaster risk monitoring and response system can greatly improve the ability to prevent geological disaster risks and improve the intelligent automation of grass-roots meteorological services.It has important reference value for improving the service level of meteorological early warning and the ability of disaster prevention and reduction.
