摘要
创新型领军高企的发展状况是衡量区域创新能力的重要指标。自主创新能力是衡量高新技术企业核心竞争力的重要元素。知识产权贯穿于企业技术创新的全流程,是评价企业综合实力的关键因素。文章选取武汉市2020年已认定的高企知识产权拥有量百强企业(简称百强企业)作为研究样本,从创新投入、创新产出两个维度对百强企业进行创新能力的评价分析,对提升武汉市高企整体自主创新能力发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
The development status of innovation-leading enterprises is an important indicator to measure regional innovation ability.Independent innovation ability is an important element to measure the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises.Intellectual property rights run through the whole process of technological innovation of enterprises,and are a key factor to evaluate the comprehensive strength of enterprises.Therefore this article selects 2020 in Wuhan city has been concluded that the high ownership of intellectual property rights of enterprises(hereinafter referred to as enterprises)as the research sample,from the innovation input,innovation output two dimensions to the top enterprise to analyze the evaluation of innovation ability,It has certain reference significance to improve the overall independent innovation ability of Wuhan high enterprises.
