摘要
某地铁线路设置一地上车辆段和一地下停车场;车辆段为地面非开发车辆基地,运用库采用钢屋架-混凝土柱混合框排架结构形式,钢屋架弦杠根据建筑库房功能特点选用H型钢刚接做法,更具备此类建筑的适应性,同时屋架与混凝土整体结构采用组合拼装模型计算,复核混凝土结构承载力;地下停车场结构顶部梁板采用部分预应力混凝土结构,在梁内设置缓粘结预应力钢绞线,板内设置无粘结预应力钢绞线;结构设计时预应力主要用于解决结构超长的温度应力、混凝土收缩徐变、结构梁板裂缝和挠度要求,由普通钢筋承受主要荷载;采用有限元软件计算结构内的温度应力,结合工程介绍缓粘结预应力筋的应用。
A subway line is provided with an above-ground depot and an underground parking lot.The depot is the ground nondevelopment vehicle base,and the operation depot adopts the form of steel roof truss and concrete column frame-bent hybrid structure.The steel roof truss chord bar adopts the method of H-section steel rigid connection according to the functional characteristics of the building warehouse,which is more suitable for this kind of building.Meanwhile,the roof truss and the overall structure of concrete adopt the combined assembly model to calculate and check the bearing capacity of the concrete structure.The beam and slab at the top of the structure of underground parking lot are partially prestressed concrete structure,and the Retard-bonded prestressing steel strand is adopted in the beam and the Unbonded prestressing steel strand is adopted in the slab.In the design of the structure,the prestressing technology is mainly used to solve the temperature stress of the structure and the concrete shrinkage and creep and the cracks and deflection of the structural beam and slab.The main load is borne by the reinforcement.The finite element software is used to calculate the temperature stress in the structure and the application of the Retard-bonded prestressing technology is introduced in combination with engineering projects.
