文章以白鹭湾项目为主要研究对象,针对工程项目的特点、重点与难点,阐述了别墅区多重复杂基础标高施工技术,分析了建筑物定位和基础测量放线方法以及基础和主体部位的施工工艺,为相关工程提供参考。

This paper takes Bailu Bay project as the main research object,starting from the characteristics,key points and difficulties of the project,analyzes and discusses the construction technology of multiple complex foundation elevation of villa area,and focuses on the analysis of building positioning and foundation measurement and setting out method as well as the construction technology of the foundation and the main part.This study is expected to provide reference for related projects.
