非道路国4柴油机匹配叉车整车台架被动再生研究

摘要 通过对配套叉车的工况点进行采集,制定台架被动再生验证的试验循环工况,对发动机的被动再生能力的台架验证,并且对比了NRTC瞬态循环工况的被动再生情况。由于叉车工况的负荷率较低,排气温度也随之变低,发动机的被动再生能力不足,在52小时后需要进行主动再生,而NRTC的循环工况能够使被动再生达到平衡,DPF不需要进行主动再生。 In this paper,by collecting the working points of supporting forklift trucks,the test cycle conditions of bench passive regeneration verification were formulated,and the bench verification of the passive regeneration ability of the engine was conducted.In addition,the passive regeneration conditions of NRTC transient cycle conditions were compared.Due to the low load rate in the working condition of the forklift,the exhaust temperature also becomes lower,and the passive regeneration capacity of the engine is insufficient,so active regeneration is needed after 52 hours.However,the cycle condition of NRTC can make passive regeneration reach a balance,and active regeneration is not needed for DPF.
