机械工程专业卓越工程师培养过程质量分析与控制

摘要 当前,卓越工程师培养质量已成为高等工科院校培养复合型工程技术人才的关键要素。其质量能否得到有效保障是由整个培养过程直接决定的。所以,高校想要不断培养高质量高标准的工程技术人才,以满足我国从制造大国向制造强国转变对人才的需求,必须对卓越工程师培养过程质量进行持续不断的分析、总结、改进,并对培养过程的质量进行有效控制。 At present,the quality of training excellent engineers has become the key factor of training compound engineering and technical talents in engineering colleges and universities.Whether its quality can be effectively guaranteed is directly determined by the whole cultivation process.Therefore,colleges and universities want to continuously cultivate high-quality and high standard engineering and technical personnel to meet the demand of China’s transformation from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country.It is necessary to continuously analyze,summarize and improve the quality of the excellent engineer training process,and effectively control the quality of the training process.
