摘要
针对市场上已有的三维扫描仪设备在扫描工件时,无法实现任意角度扫描并一次拼接成型点云数据,特别是面对薄壁特征的零件扫描拼接难度大,拼接精度差,导致工程师花费大量时间精力在扫描操作上的问题,特研发改进设计一种三维扫描多轴辅助定位装置,为三维扫描逆向工程从业者提供更便捷的扫描方案。
When the existing 3 D scanners in the market scan the workpiece,they can’t scan at any angle and splice the forming point cloud data at one time.Especially for the parts with thin-walled features,it’s difficult to scan and splice,and the splicing accuracy is poor,which causes engineers to spend a lot of time on the scanning operation,A3 D scanning multi axis auxiliary positioning device is developed and improved to provide a more convenient scanning scheme for 3 D scanning reverse engineering practitioners.
