随着工程机械行业对JIT物流重视度的提高,越来越多的公司开始研究和应用单台套供应(Set Parts Supply,简称SPS)技术。以L公司装配线单台套供应物流为研究对象,进行AGV在此物流模式下应用的全面研究,为物流规划提供新思路。

With the increasing attention of construction machinery industry to JIT logistics,more and more companies begin to research and apply set parts supply(SPS)technology.Taking the single set supply logistics of L company’s assembly line as the research object,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the application of AGV in this logistics mode,which provides a new idea for logistics planning.
