摘要
目前三坐标测量机广泛应用于汽车白车身尺寸品质控制,测量系统获取数据的真实性直接影响白车身品质提升,保证白车身三坐标测量系统对产品尺寸进行有效测量至关重要。通过对三坐标测量白车身测量系统的分析,找出白车身三坐标测量系统存在的问题,提出相应改进方案。
At present,CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine)is widely used in the dimension quality control of automobile BIW(Body In White).The authenticity of the data obtained by the measurement system directly affects the quality improvement of automobile BIW.It is very important to ensure that the BIW CMM measurement system really measure the product dimension.Based on analysis of CMM measurement system of BIW,this paper expounds the analysis and improvement scheme of CMM measurement system of BIW.
