摘要
加工关键尺寸的FANUC数控系统加工中心,通常使用马波斯探针保证并提高加工精度。马波斯探针作为高精度的测量工具,本身的精度对保证工件加工尺寸至关重要,因此需要定期对探针进行标定校准。本文介绍探针标定程序,分析其相关计算原理。
Machining key dimensions of FANUC CNC system machining center,often use marposs probe to ensure and improve the machining accuracy.Marposs probe as a tool for high precision measurement,itself to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece machining dimension is critical,so we need to probe calibration on a regular basis.This article describes the probe calibration procedure,analyzes the related calculation principle.
