At present,domestic car companies are manually inspecting the valve oil seal self-tightening spring.To install a cylinder head,at least Twelve valve oil seal springs(three-cylinder engine)need to be inspected,which is inefficient and error-prone.This paper introduces a valve oil seal self-tightening spring detection system,which can detect eight valve oil seals at the same time.This system can replace 100%online detection of valve oil seal self-tightening spring,which is efficient and stable and meets production requirements.
