摘要
TRT装置广泛应用于高炉煤气能量回收。由于流体介质为煤气,工况较差时,TRT叶片容易被介质冲刷、腐蚀,甚至叶片减薄,型线被破坏,机组的运行效率随之降低。通过对叶片表面增加防腐耐磨涂层可以明显增加叶片使用寿命。而不同方式的喷涂方法最终使用效果也有很大差别。本文以目前常用的传统热喷涂与新型超高速激光熔覆两种不同喷涂方法在同一工况下的对比应用做研究,力求找到一种更适合在TRT煤气介质运行下的叶片表面喷涂方法,大幅度节省用户检修成本和周期。
TRT devices are widely used in blast furnace gas energy recovery.Because the fluid medium is gas,when the working conditions are poor,the TRT blade is easily washed away by the medium,corroded,and even the blade is thinned,the profile is damaged,and the operating efficiency of the unit is reduced.By adding anticorrosive and wear-resistant coatings on the blade surface,the blade life can be significantly increased.And the final application effect of different spraying methods is also very different.In this paper,the comparative application of two different spraying methods,namely traditional thermal spraying and new ultra-high-speed laser cladding,is researched under the same working conditions,and greatly saving user maintenance costs and cycles.
