摘要
分析IMD技术在领域应用的重要意义基础上,结合我国汽车内饰件IMD薄膜微波加热预压成型工艺发展现状及存在问题,分析IMF工艺膜预成型加工关键影响因素,提出一种理想的工艺方案,为IMF加热预压成型工艺方法提供了新的有效的途径。
Based on the analysis of the important significance of IMD technology in the field,combined with the development status and existing problems of IMD film microwave heating prepressing technology for automotive interior trim in China,this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the membrane prepressing process of IMF technology,puts forward an ideal process plan,and provides a new and effective way for the technology of IMD heating prepressing.
