太阳能微波感应路灯集成控制器外盒挤压模具设计 被引量:1

摘要 根据太阳能微波感应路灯集成控制器外盖的结构特点,设计了一套分流组合模具,合理设计了分流孔及分流桥的结构,选择合适的挤压比和分流比,设计了适当的工作带高度,采用蝶形焊合室及二级焊合室,增强了焊合质量,运用三维软件设计了外盖分流组合模具。经加工制造,试模生产,型材质量满足了设计要求。 According to the structural characteristics of the outer cover,a set of combined die for the split flow was designed,the shunt hole and the structure of the shunt bridge are designed reasonably,the appropriate extrusion ratio and split ratio were selected,the proper height of working belt was designed,butterfly welding chamber and secondary welding chamber were used,the welding quality was enhanced,the combined mould was designed by the three-dimensional software.After processing and manufacturing,trial production,profile quality to meet the design requirements.
