摘要
处于舟山地区起重机,其作业环境为湿热、高盐雾的海洋性大气环境以及各种腐蚀性物料形成的综合腐蚀性环境,容易产生发生腐蚀现象,现根据引起腐蚀的因素,提出应用层次分析法对起重机械的腐蚀进行综合评价。通过构建评价指标的层次结构,结合定量分析及定性分析,构造判断矩阵,建立了舟山地区起重机金属结构腐蚀层次分析法模型。通过研究层次分析法在起重机械腐蚀影响因素评价指标权重确定过程中的应用,一致性检验结果表明,评价指标的权重合理准确。从而确定,对于明确影响起重机械腐蚀的各因素相对重要性,层次分析法是一种简单有效的方法,为湿热盐雾环境中起重机械的腐蚀防护措施选择提供了理论依据。
In Zhoushan area,the working environment of crane is humid,hot,high salt fog marine atmospheric environment and the comprehensive corrosive environment formed by various corrosive materials,which is easy to produce corrosion.According to the factors causing corrosion,this paper puts forward the application of AHP to the comprehensive evaluation of the corrosion of crane.By constructing the hierarchy structure of evaluation indexes,combining with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,and constructing judgment matrix,the analytic hierarchy process model of crane metal structure corrosion in Zhoushan area is established.By studying the application of AHP in the process of determining the weight of the evaluation index of the factors affecting the corrosion of lifting machinery,the consistency test results show that the weight of the evaluation index is reasonable and accurate.Therefore,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is a simple and effective method to determine the relative importance of the factors affecting the corrosion of hoisting machinery,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of corrosion protection measures of hoisting machinery in hot and humid salt fog environment.
