摘要 在生猪养殖领域,随着生活生平的不断提高,人们对猪肉的需求日益增长,人工饲养已经跟不上时代发展的步伐,满足不了生产生活的需求了,因此智能化、集约化养殖势在必行。本文所完成的养猪场智能饲喂系统以S7-1500、S7-1200 PLC作为控制核心,通过工业以太网控制并结合触摸屏技术,设计并实现了智能饲喂控制系统,该系统处理速度快,联网的能力强,诊断的能力和安全性高,不仅可节约成本,提高生产效率,而且维护简单。实现了智能化、集约化养殖。 Manufacturing industry is the cornerstone of modern industry and the foundation of all industrial development.With the deepening of reform and opening up,China’s intelligent manufacturing is moving towards the goal of"made in China 2025".The development is changing with each passing day.In the field of pig breeding,with the continuous improvement of life,people’s demand for pork is growing day by day.Artificial breeding can’t keep up with the pace of the times and can’t meet the needs of production and life,so intelligent and intensive breeding is imperative.The intelligent feeding system in this paper takes s7-1500 and s7-1200 plc as the control core,realizes the task of intelligent feeding and real-time monitoring in pig farm through industrial Ethernet control and touch screen technology.
