摘要
利用压缩空气和压力传感器组成一个简易的油孔螺钉检测装置,借助前工序设备,以后工序工件控制前工序设备启动,实现自动检测功能,并制定防错防呆策略,从而取消人工检测。
The compressed air and pressure sensors are used to form a simple oil hole screw detection device.With the help of the pre-process equipment,the pre-process equipment is controlled in the subsequent process to realize the automatic detection function,and the error prevention and fool prevention strategy is formulated,thereby eliminating manual inspection.
