H13钢锻造过程中空洞缺陷的演变规律 被引量:2

摘要 利用ABAQUS软件建立H13钢锻件体心单空洞和沿压下方向相离双空洞的有限元模型,对H13钢在锻造过程中的空洞缺陷演变及其周围等效应力和等效应变的分布进行了模拟,研究了锻件高径比、开锻温度和摩擦条件等因素对空洞缺陷演变规律的影响。结果表明:H13钢锻件体心单空洞闭合过程为左右两端先闭合、上下两端后闭合;锻件高径比和开锻温度是体心单空洞闭合过程的主要影响因素;相离双空洞闭合过程的几何变形规律与体心单空洞的相同;双空洞各自闭合,不发生交互作用。 Finite element models of body-centered single void and double voids separated along the reduction direction of the H13 steel forging were established through ABAQUS software.The evolution of void defect of H13 steel during forging process and the distribution of equivalent stress and equivalents strain around the void were simulated.The influence of height to diameter ratio of the forging,forging temperature and friction conditions on void defect evolution were studied.The results show that the closure process of the body-centered single void of H13 steel forging was to close the left and right ends first,and then close the upper and lower ends.The height to diameter ratio and forging temperature were the main factors in the closure process of body-centered single void.The deformation law of closure process of separated double voids was the same as that of body-centered single void,and the double voids were closed separately without mutual occurrence effect.
