封闭负压引流联合富血小板血浆在压力性损伤慢性创面治疗中的研究进展

摘要 随着老龄化逐渐加剧,慢性疾病谱也随之发生变化。压力性损伤(PI)慢性创面已成为当前常见的医学难题。PI不仅病因及分类复杂多样,危险因素和起病形式也各不相同,发病机制至今尚无定论,治疗难度增加,导致大量社会和医疗资源被占用。此外,人们对PI创面治疗结果的要求也越来越高。关于PI慢性创面的研究一直是临床和基础研究的重点。PI慢性创面的有效管理和防治是极具挑战性的问题,单一疗法很难达到良好的治疗效果,故目前多主张联合治疗。封闭负压引流(VAC)和富血板血浆(PRP)联合治疗PI慢性创面,显示出强大的组织修复和再生能力,为广大研究人员所认可。本文对VAC联合PRP在PI慢性创面治疗中的进展予以综述,以期为相关治疗提供参考。 As aging increases,the spectrum of chronic diseases changes.Pressure-induced injury(PI)chronic wounds have become a common medical problem.PI not only has complex and diverse etiology and classification,but also has different risk factors and onset forms,the pathogenesis is still inconclusive,and the difficulty in treatment increases,resulting in the occupation of a large number of social and medical resources.In addition,increasing demand remains for PI wound treatment outcomes.The study of PI chronic wounds has been the focus of clinical and basic research.Effective management and prevention of PI chronic wounds remains a challenging problem,and it is difficult to achieve good therapeutic effectiveness with monotherapy,so combined therapy is currently advocated.The combination of closed vacuum-assisted closure(VAC)and platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of PI chronic wounds shows strong tissue repair and regeneration ability and is recognized by the majority of researchers.This article reviews the advances in VAC combined with PRP for the treatment of PI chronic wounds to provide evidence for related therapies.
