协同家属护理管理模式对重症肺炎患者病情控制及家属满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of cooperative family nursing management mode on disease control and family satisfaction of patients with severe pneumonia

目的探讨协同家属护理管理模式对重症肺炎患者病情控制及家属满意度的影响。方法选取来我院的80例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,选取研究的开始时间为2017年5月,终止时间是2018年6月。采取双色球的方式分为参照组和观察组,参照组开展常规护理,观察组在此之上开展协同家属护理的管理模式,护理干预后对患者的病情控制情况以及家属满意度进行观察和比较。结果观察组病情控制情况以及家属满意度评分均优于参照组,P<0.05。结论对重症肺炎患者采用协同家属护理管理模式进行干预,可以明显控制患者的病情,患者及家属对临床护理工作的满意度较高,有临床的推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the influence of cooperative family nursing management mode on the disease control and family satisfaction of patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 80 patients with severe pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The starting time of the study was May 2017 and the ending time was June 2018.Twocolor ball was used to divide the patients into the reference group and the observation group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given a management mode of coordinated family care.After nursing intervention,the patient’s condition control and family satisfaction were observed and compared.Results The condition control and family satisfaction scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of cooperative family nursing management mode for patients with severe pneumonia can obviously control the patients’condition,and the patients and their families have high satisfaction with clinical nursing work,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
