PICC导管标准维护流程对减少导管相关性感染发生的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of PICC catheter standard maintenance process on reducing catheter-related infection

目的分析PICC导管标准维护流程对于降低导管相关性感染风险的作用。方法随机选取152例2018年2月—2019年7月在我院进行长期输液的患者,采用随机分组的方式将其分为研究组(n=76)及参考组(n=76),两组患者在治疗的过程中分别对其应用PICC导管标准维护流程和PICC导管常规护理,统计两组患者治疗过程中感染事件的发生率,将两组结果进行统计学比较。结果与参考组相比较,研究组导管相关血流感染、隧道感染、出口部位感染以及导管病原菌定植感染等单个感染率与其比较(P>0.05),但是总发生率方面,研究组更低(P<0.05)。结论长期输液患者行PICC置管的过程中,护理人员应配合实施PICC导管标准维护流程护理服务,能够有效控制导管相关性感染风险事件的发生,有助于为输液安全性提供保障,对于促进患者病情好转及身心健康提升有重要价值。

Objective To study the patients who received central venous catheter(PICC)via peripheral vein,Explore the role of PICC catheter standard maintenance process in reducing the risk of catheter-related infection.Methods 152 patients were divided into study group(n=76)and reference group(n=76),PICC catheter routine care for the reference group,Application of PICC catheter standard maintenance procedures in the study group,The incidence of catheter-related infection in patients after nursing was counted and compared between groups.Results The incidence rate of catheter-related blood flow infection and tunnel infection was 7.89%in the study group,The incidence rate of catheter-related infection was 17.11%,The incidence of catheter-related infection in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusions PICC standard catheter maintenance procedures in patients receiving PICC catheterization can effectively.
