芒针疗法中全知穴的定位及针刺方式的不同所见

Different views on the location of omniscient points and needling methods in awn needle therapy

全知穴是芒针创用穴之一,但在其穴位定位上,目前尚存有不明确之处,其解剖层次、作用机理、临床应用上也存在诸多争议。本文根据查阅历史文献及相关著作,结合作者自身的学习经历,联系临床实际应用,对全知穴的历史沿革、取穴定位、针刺时可选择的不同方式等做个人观点的阐述,以期抛砖引玉,不断完善全知穴的临床价值。

quanzhi acupoint is one of the acupoints used by needle of awn,but there are still some problems in its acupoint location,including anatomy,mechanism of action and clinical application.based on the historical literature and relevant works,the author’s own learning experience and clinical practice,this paper expounds the historical evolution of all-knowing acupoints,the location of acupoints and the different methods that can be chosen when acupuncture,in order to improve the clinical value of tossing out a brick to get a jade gem.
