胰十二指肠切除术的手术配合及护理体会

Operative cooperation and nursing experience of pancreaticoduodenectomy

目的探讨胰十二指肠切除手术的护理配合方法,加强术中物品管理及无菌隔离技术的执行,预防术中压疮的发生。方法对32例胰十二指肠切除患者术前进行充分的准备,术中给予精准配合。结果32例胰十二指肠切除手术均顺利完成,未发生护理配合失误。结论胰十二指肠切除术手术的护理配合,首先巡回护士术前应给予充分准备,全面了解手术过程,及时提供术中用物及意外情况的处理,器械护士应具备扎实的基本功,术中保持精力高度集中,紧密配合,有条不紊的进行操作,保障手术的顺利完成。

Objective To explore the nursing cooperation methods of pancreaticoduodenectomy,strengthen the management of intraoperative materials and the implementation of aseptic isolation technology,and prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers during operation.Methods 32 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy were fully prepared before operation and given precise cooperation during operation.Results 32 cases of pancreaticoduodenectomy were successfully completed,and there was no nursing cooperation error.Conclusion For the nursing cooperation of pancreaticoduodenectomy,first of all,touring nurses should make full preparations before operation,fully understand the operation process,provide timely treatment of intraoperative materials and accidents,and instrument nurses should have solid basic skills,keep high concentration and close cooperation during operation,and operate in an orderly manner to ensure the successful completion of the operation.
