畸变产物耳声发射在听力正常的耳鸣患者中的应用价值分析

摘要 目的观察畸变产物耳声发射测试在听力正常耳鸣患者诊断用应用的价值。方法选取本科室62例(124耳)耳鸣患者作为观察组,同期选取62例(124耳)非耳鸣患者为对照组,所有患者听力均正常,时间为2020年1月至2021年1月,均采用畸变产物耳声发射测试诊断,对测试结果进行对比。结果1000~6000Hz频率下,对照组检出率均为100%,高于观察组的66.13%、61.29%、46.77%、41.94%、36.29%(P<0.05),且频率越高,观察组检出率越低;对观察组患者进行治疗后,畸变产物耳声发射3000Hz反应值为(3.19±1.54)、4000 Hz反应值为(5.23±4.34)、6000 Hz反应值为(16.14±5.12),均高于治疗前的(1.41±1.35)、(3.12±2.41)、(11.41±4.74)(P<0.05)。结论畸变产物耳声发射测试方法在听力正常耳鸣患者检查中应用效果较好,值得推广。 Objective to observe the value of distortion product otoacoustic emission test in the diagnosis of tinnitus patients with normal hearing.Methods 62 cases(124 ears)of tinnitus patients in our department were selected as the observation group,and 62 cases(124 ears)of non-tinnitus patients were selected as the control group during the same period.All patients had normal hearing,from January 2020 to January 2021.Distortion product otoacoustic emission test was used for diagnosis,and the test results were compared.Results Under the frequency of 1000~6000Hz,the detection rate of the control group was 100%,higher than 66.13%,61.29%,46.77%,41.94%,36.29%of the observation group(P<0.05),and the higher the frequency,the higher the observation group.The lower the detection rate;after the treatment of the observation group,the response value of the distortion product otoacoustic emission at 3000 Hz was(3.19±1.54),the response value at 4000 Hz was(5.23±4.34),and the response value at 6000 Hz was(16.14±5.12),were higher than those before treatment(1.41±1.35),(3.12±2.41),(11.41±4.74)(P<0.05).Conclusion The distortion product otoacoustic emission test method has a good application effect in the examination of tinnitus patients with normal hearing,which is worthy of promotion.
