重症监护护理在小儿呼吸衰竭的应用疗效

Application effect of intensive care in children with respiratory failure

目的分析研究小儿呼吸衰竭患儿中重症监护护理的应用价值。方法研究时段选取范围:2017年3月—2019年6月,选择接收的呼吸衰竭患儿104例进行分析,随机分为对照组52例、实验组52例,依据护理方式不同前者开展常规护理,后者开展重症监护护理,分析不同干预措施的护理效果及不良反应。结果分析护理效果,对照组小儿呼吸衰竭患者和观察组小儿呼吸衰竭患者的护理有效率86.54%、98.08%对比差异显著,P<0.05。分析不良反应,对照组患者和观察组患者的13.64%、1.92%对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论在呼吸衰竭患儿护理期间,通过予以重症监护护理,不适症状改善的同时不良反应减少,促进康复和治疗,很大程度上提高了治疗水平,在临床中值得应用和推广。

Objective To analyze and study the application value of intensive care in children with respiratory failure.Methods The scope of the study period:from March 2017 to June 2019,104 children with respiratory failure were selected and analyzed,and randomly divided into control group(52 cases)and experimental group(52 cases).According to different nursing methods,the former carried out routine nursing while the latter carried out intensive care,and the nursing effects and adverse reactions of different interventions were analyzed.Results By analyzing the nursing effect,the nursing effective rates of children with respiratory failure in the control group and the observation group were 86.54%and 98.08%,respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).Analysis of adverse reactions showed that there was a significant difference between 13.64%in control group and 19.2%in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing of children with respiratory failure,through intensive care,the symptoms of discomfort can be improved,adverse reactions can be reduced,rehabilitation and treatment can be promoted,and the treatment level can be greatly improved,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
