系统护理干预在小儿肺炎中的应用效果

Application effect of systematic nursing intervention in children pneumonia

目的探讨系统护理干预在小儿肺炎中的应用效果。方法本次研究对象均于南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2019年9月—2020年12月期间收治的80例肺炎患儿中选取,分为对照组和研究组,参照随机数字表法,两组均40例。对照组的护理模式为常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上,另外给予本组患儿系统护理干预,两组均护理至出院。比较两组患者护理前后FVC、PEFR、FEV1水平、护理后的效果与总满意度、退温时间及住院时间。结果与护理前相比,护理后两组患儿FVC、PEFR、FEV1水平均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿护理后的总有效率为72.50%,高于对照组的45.00%(P<0.05),研究组护理后的总满意度为80.00%,高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05);研究组患儿退温时间以及出院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预可有效缓解肺炎患儿呼吸困难等临床症状,加快体温的恢复,缩短住院时间,同时可改善肺功能,控制病情进展,应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in children pneumonia.Methods The subjects of this study were all selected from 80 children with pneumonia treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from September 2019 to December 2020,and divided into control group and research group,with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The nursing mode of the control group was routine nursing intervention,and the research group was given systematic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were cared until they were discharged.The levels of FVC,PEFR,FEV1 before and after nursing,the effect and total satisfaction after nursing,the cooling time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before nursing,the levels of FVC,PEFR and FEV1 in the two groups increased after nursing,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the total effective rate of the children in the study group was 72.50%,which was higher than that of the control group by 45.00%(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction rate of the study group was 80.00%,which was higher than that of the control group by 50.00%(P<0.05).The time of temperature reduction and discharge in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms such as dyspnea in children with pneumonia,speed up the recovery of body temperature,shorten the hospitalization time,improve lung function and control the progress of the disease.The application effect is remarkable.
