摘要
目的评价人性化护理应用在脑外伤护理服务中的效果。方法选择我医院收入的脑外伤380例患者为评价样本,时间从2016年10月—2019年10月。运用“随机数字表法”安排分组,参照组(n=190)予以常规护理,研究组(n=190)予以人性化护理。结果研究组护理满意度、护理服务质量评分比参照组高,且P<0.05;研究组住院时间比参照组短,且P<0.05。结论在脑外伤护理服务中运用人性化护理,临床效果优于常规护理,不仅能够提高他们的护理满意度、减少住院时间,还能改善护理服务质量,值得被推荐。
Objective To evaluate the effect of humanized nursing in nursing service of brain injury.Methods 380 patients with brain trauma in our hospital were selected as evaluation samples,and the time ranged from 201610 to 201910.Random number table method was used to arrange groups.The reference group(n=190 cases)was given routine nursing,while the research group(n=190 cases)was given humanized nursing.Results The scores of nursing satisfaction and nursing service quality in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,with P<0.05;The hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of applying humanized nursing in nursing service of brain injury is better than that of routine nursing,which can not only improve their nursing satisfaction,reduce hospitalization time,but also improve the quality of nursing service.It is worthy of being recommended.
