经单鼻孔蝶窦入路切除垂体瘤围手术期护理方法

Perioperative nursing care of pituitary adenoma resection through single nostril-sphenoid sinus approach

目的研究经单鼻孔蝶窦入路切除垂体瘤患者围手术期护理与效果。方法选择在我院接受经单鼻孔蝶窦入路切除垂体瘤手术的26患者,参考患者入院顺序完成均匀分组,对照组(n=13)安排常规护理,研究组(n=13)安排围手术期护理。结果研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症产生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经单鼻孔蝶窦入路切除垂体瘤患者接受围手术期护理后,能够提高其生活质量,且降低其所面临的并发症发生风险。

Objective To study the perioperative nursing and effect of pituitary tumor resection through single nostril sphenoidal approach.Methods twenty-six patients who underwent pituitary tumor resection via single nostril and sphenoidal sinus approach in our hospital were divided into groups according to the order of admission.Routine nursing was arranged in the control group(n=13),and perioperative nursing was arranged in the research group(n=13).Results The life quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing can improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of complications in patients with pituitary tumor resected by transsphenoidal approach.
