循证护理对门诊接受神经根阻滞治疗的带状疱疹患者的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of evidence-based nursing on herpes zoster patients receiving nerve root block treatment in outpatient department

目的分析对门诊采取神经根阻滞治疗的带状疱疹患者采取循证护理的效果。方法研究对象为2018年10月—2019年10月于我院门诊接收治疗神经根阻滞治疗的带状疱疹患者,共80例,通过随机数字表法对其实施分组,分为对照组与观察组,两组均为40例,均接受神经根组织治疗,将常规护理模式应用于前者,后者则在此基础上应用循证护理模式。干预后比较两组护理效果、睡眠情况。结果将两组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,观察组显著高于对照组,两组差异明显(P<0.05)。比较两组优质睡眠时间,观察组显著多于对照组,组间比较差异明显(P>0.05)。结论将循证护理应用于门诊接受神经根阻滞治疗的带状疱疹患者,有利于提高其临床疗效,改善预后,值得临床采纳。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing for patients with herpes zoster treated by nerve root block in outpatient department.Methods The research subjects were 80 patients with herpes zoster who received nerve root block treatment in the outpatient department of our hospital from October 201810 to October 201910.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both of them received nerve root tissue treatment,and the conventional nursing mode was applied to the former,while the latter applied evidence-based nursing mode on this basis.After the intervention,the nursing effect and sleep condition of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group,and that of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the quality sleep time between the two groups,the observation group was significantly longer than the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing to the patients with herpes zoster who received nerve root block treatment in the outpatient department can improve their clinical curative effect and prognosis,and is worthy of clinical adoption.
