术前康复训练结合术后电针及肌贴对膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后膝关节功能的影响

Preoperative rehabilitation training combined with postoperative electroacupuncture and muscle patching after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee joint

目的探讨术前康复训练结合术后电针及肌贴疗法对膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月-2020年1月河南省某医院骨科康复科收治的60例行膝关节前交叉韧带重建术的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规康复训练,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用术前康复训练结合术后电针和肌贴疗法,比较2组患者治疗前后膝关节活动度、膝关节周长、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Lysholm评分、国际膝关节文献委员会膝关节评估量表(IKDC)评分、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果2组患者治疗后IKDC评分、Lysholm评分及SF-36各维度评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后VAS评分及膝关节周长小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后膝关节活动度大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前康复训练结合术后电针及肌贴治疗,有助于减轻膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后患者的疼痛,改善膝关节活动度和功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of preoperative rehabilitation training combined with postoperative electroacupuncture and muscle patch therapy for postoperative anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee.Methods Sixty patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedic Rehabilitation of a hospital in Henan Province from January 2016 to January 2020 after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation training,and patients in the observation group used preoperative rehabilitation training combined with postoperative electroacupuncture and muscle patch therapy on the basis of the control group.The knee mobility,knee circumference,visual analog scale(VAS)scores,Lvsholm scores,International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)scores,and 36-item short form(SF-36)scores before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the IKDC scores,Lysholm scores and SF-36 scores were higher than those before treatment in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores and knee circumference dropped significantly in both groups,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The knee mobility of the two groups was significantly greater than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative rehabilitation training combined with postoperative muscle patch and electroacupuncture can help reduce pain,improve knee mobility and function,and improve the quality of life of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee.
