摘要
目的构建重庆市中学生营养素养指标体系,为学生营养素养提升提供工具参考。方法以营养素养概念为核心,通过文献阅读、小组讨论初步构建重庆市中学生营养素养指标体系;采用2轮德尔菲法邀请18位专家评价和筛选指标体系的内容,并使用层次分析法进行权重赋值。结果2轮德尔菲法的专家积极系数分别为64.29%、94.44%,专家权威系数分别为0.8194、0.8176,总协调系数分别为0.612、0.431(均P<0.001)。一级和二级指标重要性得分均值分别为4.73~4.97、4.68~4.86,变异系数均<0.25。最终确定的指标体系包含一级指标3项、二级指标6项和条目59个。其中一级指标的权重为0.3186~0.3495。结论运用德尔菲法和层次分析法能够初步构建中学生营养素养评价指标体系,且该指标体系不仅可应用于评价中学生营养素养情况,还可为开展相应的营养教育工作提供研究基础。
Objective The purpose of this study wa s to develop a scientific and comprehensive nutrition literacy evaluation index system for middle school students in Chongqing and provide reference tools for improving students’nutrition literacy.Methods The evaluation index system of middle school students’nutritional literacy in Chongqing was constructed based on the concept of nutritional literacy,existing literature and group discussion.This study employed a 2-round Delphi method to empirically verify the usability of the evaluation index system by obtaining a consensus from eighteen experts regarding the items and used the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to assign weights.Results The expert consultations’response rates were 64.29%and 94.44%,the values of authority coefficients were 0.8194 and 0.8176,and the coordination coefficient was 0.612(P<0.001)and 0.431(P<0.001)in the first and second round,respectively.The mean value of importance scoring of principal indicators and sub-indicators ranged 4.73-4.97 and 4.68-4.86,the coefficient of variation was lower than 0.25.The evaluation index system comprised 3 principal indicators,6 sub-indicators and 59 items.The weighting coefficient of the principal indicators was ranged from 0.3186 to 0.3495.Conclusion Using Delphi method andΛHP can scientifically and effectively construct the evaluation index system of middle school students’nutritional literacy.This index system can be used as a reference for evaluating students’nutritional literacy,and provide the research basis for carrying out the corresponding nutrition education work.
