摘要
近年来,营养扶贫逐渐得到学界和政府的重视。到2020年,中国脱贫攻坚工作取得决定性胜利,新冠疫情进入常态化防控态势,乡村地区营养促进的策略值得进一步探讨。本文从营养健康促进、营养科普促进及营养产业促进3个维度探讨新时期乡村地区营养促进的策略,并提出推进互联网+营养促进、加强乡村地区营养促进学术研究、行业培训与智库服务等策略,为乡村振兴和健康中国战略的具体推进提供参考。
In recent years,nutrition poverty alleviation has gradually gained the attention of scholars and the government.By 2020,China has achieved a decisive victory in poverty eradication,and the COVID-19 pandemic has entered a new stage of normalized prevention and control.Under such circumstances,the strategy of nutrition promotion in rural areas deserves further discussion.This paper discusses the strategies of nutrition promotion in the new era from 3 dimensions:nutritional health promotion,nutritional knowledge promotion and nutritional industry promotion,and proposes strategies to promote Internet+nutrition promotion and strengthen academic research on nutrition promotion,industry training and think tank services,which provide reference for the specific progress of rural revitalization and the healthy China strategy.
