无瘤技术护理配合在妇科恶性肿瘤手术中的应用价值

The value of tumor-free technique nursing cooperation in gynecologic malignant tumor surgery

目的探讨无瘤技术护理配合在妇科恶性肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法选取河南省某医院2018年6月—2019年12月诊治的70例妇科恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照奇偶数法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。观察组患者在手术中严格执行无瘤技术护理配合,对照组患者在手术中执行常规护理配合。比较2组患者护理指标达标率及术后3个月肿瘤细胞种植率、肿瘤局部复发率、并发症发生情况和生活质量。结果观察组患者肿瘤细胞种植率及局部复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者无瘤区与瘤区建立达标率、器械无瘤处理达标率及标本无瘤处理达标率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后角色功能、心理功能及躯体功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者术后社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无瘤技术护理配合在妇科恶性肿瘤手术中应用效果较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application value of tumor-free technique nursing cooperation in gynecological malig-nant tumor surgery.Methods Seventy cases of gynecological malignant tumor patients treated in a hospital in Henan Province from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected for the study,and randomly divided into observation and con-trol groups according to the odd-even number method,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group strictly performed tumor-free technology nursing cooperation during surgery,and patients in the control group performed conventional nursing cooperation during surgery.The rates of nursing care compliance,as well as the rates of cancer cell implantation,local recurrence,complications and quality of life at 3 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The cancer cell implantation rate and local recurrence rate of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of tumor-free area and tumor establishment,tumor-free treatment of devices and tumor-free treatment of specimens in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The complication rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative role function,psychological function and somatic function scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences were not statistically significant when comparing the post-operative social function scores of patients in the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of tumor-free tech-nology nursing in gynecologic malignant tumor surgery is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
