摘要
近年来,基于肌筋膜触发点(MTr Ps)理论的治疗在疼痛康复中应用日益广泛。MTr Ps定位和评估的精准性直接影响临床疗效。目前,MTr Ps的评估主要依靠手法触诊,其可靠性与评估者的经验有关。学者们一直在探索较为精确和客观的评估方式,目前临床常用的肌骨超声、磁共振成像和红外热成像等技术从影像学、功能医学不同维度评估MTr Ps,具有一定的价值。但在定量评估方面,尚无统一结论的报道。本文通过综述简要介绍MTr Ps的评估研究进展。
In recent years,treatments based on myofascial trigger points(MTrPs)theory have been increasingly used in pain rehabilitation.The accuracy of MTr Ps localization and assessment directly affects the clinical efficacy.Currently,the assessment of MTr Ps mainly relies on manual palpation,the reliability of which is related to the skill of the assessor.Scholars have been exploring more accurate and objective assessment modalities.Currently,musculoskeletal ultrasound,magnetic resonance imaging and infrared thermography are commonly used in clinical practice to assess MTr Ps from the dimensions of imaging and functional medicine,which have certain value.However,no uniform conclusions have been reported for quantitative assessment.In this paper,we briefly introduce the progress of research on the assessment of MTrPs through a review.
