子午流注穴位贴敷治疗冠心病的效果观察

Clinical efficacy of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint application in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的探讨子午流注穴位贴敷治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月—2019年6月沈阳市某医院心病科诊治的100例冠心病患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗。治疗组患者在西医治疗的基础上进行子午流注穴位贴敷治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的中医证候主症积分;比较2组患者治疗20d时的治疗效果;比较治疗前后2组患者的白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ型干扰素(IFN-γ)水平。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者中医证候主症中胸痛、胸闷、畏寒肢冷、肢体沉重、头晕积分分别为(1.00±0.31)分、(0.95±0.24)分、(1.01±0.27)分、(0.82±0.25)分、(1.02±0.27)分,低于对照组的(3.05±0.99)分、(3.02±1.00)分、(3.40±0.96)分、(3.03±0.95)分、(3.11±0.95)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者IL-4、IL-10水平分别为(40.77±5.87)ng/m L、(32.22±4.10)ng/m L,高于对照组的(34.11±6.11)ng/m L、(23.14±6.49)ng/m L,而治疗组患者IL-2、IFN-γ水平分别为(11.99±2.44)ng/m L、(177.73±24.01)ng/m L,低于对照组的(18.43±6.17)ng/m L、(201.19±22.37)ng/m L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西医治疗联合子午流注穴位贴敷治疗能够改善冠心病患者IL-4、IL-10、IL-2、IFN-γ水平,改善胸痛、胸闷、畏寒肢冷、肢体沉重、头晕症状,并提高治疗有效率。该治疗方法安全有效,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To examine the clinical efficacy of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint application in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred patients with coronary heart disease treated in the cardiology department of a hospital in Shenyang from December 2018 to June 2019 were selected for the study.The random number table method was used to randomly divide the patients into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine.Patients in the treatment group were treated with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint application on the basis of Western medical treatment.The scores for primary TCM symptoms were compared before and after treatment;the treatment effects of the two groups were compared on day 20;the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-2(IL-2)and gamma interferon(IFN-γ)in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the treatment group was90.00%,which was higher than the 66.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores for chest pain,chest tightness,coldness in the extremities,heaviness in the extremities,and dizziness in the primary TCM symptoms in the treatment group were(1.00±0.31),(0.95±0.24),(1.01±0.27),(0.82±0.25)and(1.02±0.27)points,respectively,which were lower than the control group’s(3.05±0.99),(3.02±1.00),(3.40±0.96),(3.03±0.95),and(3.11±0.95)points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were(40.77±5.87)ng/mL and(32.22±4.10)ng/mL,respectively,in patients in the treatment group,which were higher than the(34.11±6.11)ng/mL and(23.14±6.49)ng/mL in the control group,while the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin patients in the treatment group were(11.99±2.44)ng/mL and(177.73±24.01)ng/mL,respectively,which were lower than the(18.43±6.17)ng/mL and(201.19±22.37)ng/mL in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medical treatment combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint application treatment can correct IL-4,IL-10,IL-2,and IFN-γlevels in patients with coronary heart disease,improve symptoms of chest pain,chest tightness,coldness,limb heaviness,and dizziness,and increase the therapeutic efficiency.This treatment method is safe and effective,and it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
