某高校大学生不良用药行为调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on unhealthy medication behavior of college students

目的了解某高校大学生不良用药行为现状,为指导大学生合理用药提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取某非医药高校1158名在校大学生作为调查对象进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括调查对象基本信息、用药来源、不良用药行为等,采用SPSS21.0软件进行统计分析。结果调查对象药品来源主要途径有校医院(50.2%)、社会药店(33.0%)及社会医院/诊所(15.2%)。45.7%的调查对象用药前常不阅读药品说明书正文,19.6%的调查对象服药期间常无故漏服。22.1%的调查对象有超有效期用药的情况,并且不同性别、生源地、月生活费及医保参保情况调查对象超有效期用药的人数比例差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。32.1%的调查对象用饮料送服过药品,并且不同性别、生源地、月生活费调查对象用饮料送服药品的人数比例差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。19.5%的调查对象未按药品说明书或不遵医嘱用药,并且不同性别、生源地、医保参保情况调查对象未按药品说明书或不遵医嘱用药的人数比例差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高校应根据当前大学生不良用药行为现状,采取有针对性的用药健康教育措施,指导大学生合理用药。

Objective To explore the current situation of adverse drug use among college students in order to provide basis for guiding rational drug use among college students.Methods A total of 1158 college students from a non-medical university were selected by stratified random sampling.The questionnaire included the basic information of the subjects,the source of medicine,unhealthy medication behavior,etc.SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The main sources of medicine were school hospital(50.2%),social pharmacy(33.0%)and social hospital/clinic(15.2%).45.7%of the subjects often did not read the main text of the drug instructions before medication,and 19.6%of the subjects often missed the medication without cause during the medication period.22.1%of the subjects had used drugs beyond the expiration date,and the proportion of subjects with different genders,places of origin,monthly living expenses and medical insurance coverage who had used drugs beyond the expiration date was statistically significant(P<0.05).32.1%of the subjects had used drinks to deliver drugs,and the proportion of subjects with different genders,places of origin and monthly living expenses had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).19.5%of the subjects did not follow the drug instructions or medical advice,and the proportion of subjects with different genders,places of origin and medical insurance coverage who did not follow the drug instructions or medical advice was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the current situation of adverse drug use among college students,targeted health education measures should be taken to guide the rational drug use among college students.
