摘要
2020年新冠肺炎疫情席卷全球,给国家和人民带来灾难,但也为国民居家运动创造了条件。文章从生物学角度出发,在祛病、健身、减肥、提高认知能力几个方面分析居家运动的作用,旨在进一步加强人们对居家运动的认识,以期使疫情期间的居家运动热潮实现可持续发展,使久坐人群、宅家人群以及出门不便的老年人等能够实现运动日常化,进而提升全民身体素质。
In 2020,the COVID-19 epidemic swept the world,bringing disaster to the country and people,and created conditions for the national home exercise.From the biological point of view,the article analyzed the role of home sports in several aspects,such as disease elimination,fitness,weight loss and cognitive ability,aiming at make people understand and strengthen the home movement,in order to achieve sustainable development of home fever during the epidemic period,so that the sedentary crowd,at home for a long time crowd and the old people with inconvenient door can realize the daily exercise and improve the physical quality of the whole people.
