摘要
工业喷雾过程中,喷头间距对喷雾质量的影响极大。基于FLUENT软件,对单喷头与不同间距下双喷头喷雾效果进行数值模拟,研究雾粒在相互干涉碰撞后的冷却效果与雾化质量。结果表明:当喷头数量增加时,可以提高粒径分布均匀性;喷头间距的变化,对粒径的均匀性也会造成影响,实际情况需根据不同条件合理配置喷头间距。
In the process of industrial spray,the distance between nozzles has a great influence on the spraying quality.Based on fluent software,the spray effect of single-nozzle and double-nozzle with different spacing is simulated,and the cooling effect and atomization quality of fog particles after interference collision are studied.The results show that when the number of sprinklers increases,the uniformity of particle size distribution can be improved,and the change of nozzle spacing will also have an impact on the uniformity of particle size,and the actual situation should be reasonably allocated according to different conditions.
