籼稻明恢63中VQ基因家族鉴定及表达分析 被引量:1

摘要 VQ蛋白(VQ-motif containing protein)因含有高度保守的VQ基序:FxxhVQxhTG而得名,在植物生长发育及生物和非生物胁迫反应中起重要作用。为研究籼稻(Oryza sativa subsp.indica)VQ家族的特征及进化关系,本研究通过生物信息学方法在籼稻MH63基因组中共鉴定出43个VQ基因,非均匀地分布在12条染色体上,分别命名为OsMHVQ1至OsMHVQ43。OsMHVQs编码的蛋白质含76~1132个氨基酸残基,相对分子量为8.05~125.98 kD,具有保守的FxxhVQxhTG基序,可分为五个亚族。41个OsMHVQs定位在细胞核。相比日本晴,OsMHVQ1,OsMHVQ22,OsMHVQ38,OsMHVQ39,OsMHVQ43为MH63中特有VQ基因。OsMHVQs在进化过程中主要受纯化选择影响,共发生了12个复制事件,使得某些成员间可能存在功能冗余。少数OsMHVQs的表达具有组织或发育阶段特异性,较多对冷热胁迫有明显响应。通过籼稻VQ基因家族的系统分析,为进一步阐明籼稻VQ基因功能提供了理论依据。 VQ protein(VQ-motif containing protein)is named for its highly conserved VQ motif FxxhVQxhTG,which plays an important role in plant growth,development,biotic and abiotic stress responses.In order to study the characteristics and evolutionary relationship of the VQ family of Oryza sativa subsp.indica,43 VQ genes were identified in genome of Oryza sativa subsp.indica,named"MH63"by bioinformatics method.They were unevenly distributed on 12 chromosomes,named OsMHVQ1 to OsMHVQ43.The proteins encoded by OsMHVQs contained 76~1132 amino acid residues,with a relative molecular weight of 8.05~125.98 kD,had a conservative FxxhVQxhTG motif,and can be divided into five subfamilies.41 OsMHVQs were located in the nucleus.Compared with Nipponbare,OsMHVQ1,OsMHVQ22,OsMHVQ38,OsMHVQ39,OsMHVQ43 were the unique VQ genes in MH63.OsMHVQs were mainly affected by purification selection during the evolution process.A total of12 replication events occurred,which made some members of the family have functional redundancy.A few OsMHVQs had tissue or developmental stage expression specificity,and most of them had obvious response to cold and heat stress.The systematic analysis of Oryza sativa subsp.indica,VQ gene family provides a theoretical basis for further elucidating the indica rice VQ gene function.
